Three Tree Hill is always finding innovative ways to be more competitive and available to more guests, so we are very excited to be venturing into the world of BEST AVAILABLE RATES. Our rates reflect the average nightly rate for one room for one adult and is priced in South African Rands. If you toggle the arrows to add more people, the rate will reflect accordingly. Our rates include accommodation, all meals, teas, coffees and 15% VAT. All guided activities, drinks, community & conservation levy is extra. Flights and transfers to and from Three Tree Hill are also not included, but can be arranged on request.

Our Best Available Rate essentially provides our guests with the most appropriate room cost at any given time by forecasting the demand for rooms. This may lower or raise the price accordingly. This rate will only be valid for 24 hours. It may fluctuate if you look at an alternate date, due to the demand on that day.

The rate distributed will be the same as unrestricted rates available publicly on any other channel, including online retailers. This practice creates transparency in terms of the prices the lodge is offering DIRECT on our own website versus prices on third party websites, such as Online Travel Agencies.
